What is the difference between career coaching and life coaching?
Career coaching helps you make informed decisions about your career, devise a plan and is focused on your professional development. We support you in your career role, next move or career change. Life coaching is focused on helping you meet your personal goals, your purpose and overall wellbeing. Both career coaching and life coaching helps you move forward with clarity and confidence. What to expect in a coaching session?
A 30 mins to 1 hour session, over a series of 6, 9 or 12 sessions focused on a step by step structured approach to help you gain clarity and actions forward. Each session helps you review, question and plan next steps to reach your objectives. Most clients prefer online sessions using skype, zoom or any online communications platform that works with their current lifestyle.
It is 100% confidential and completely tailored to your needs as and when you want to schedule them, at a pace that works for you.
How many coaching sessions and how often do I need them?
Everyone’s needs are different. Some people also move at a different pace. A 30 minute intro session takes place to determine your needs. An average session is an hour to 90 mins. You may decide you need 3 – 6 sessions for a medium goal or 9 – 12 sessions for making a major change. Some clients prefer weekly to ensure they keep a positive mindset, build momentum and to check-in on their goals. It is completely up to you.

A big part to successful goals is to train your mindset and be aware of any beliefs or thoughts that may be preventing you from taking the next steps forward. Learn how to manage your emotions to build a positive outlook. We exercise our bodies, now it’s time to exercise our minds. For a coaching session to be successful, it is entirely up to you to come with an open mind and whole heart to achieve what you want 100%. You are focused, committed and invested in developing self-awareness. This is not a quick fix approach. You don’t lose 10lbs in a 90 minute gym session. In the same way, you need to build mental strength to charge ahead and be the change you want to be!
