Professionals 1-1 private coaching program
Often we stumble on a career path we didn’t actively choose. For some of us, we thought we loved this career path but recognise, it’s time for a change. For some of us, we just need a little boost to better present ourselves, our resume and online presence.
Our goal is to listen, help you navigate and support you through making informed decisions about your career development and trajectory, with confidence. We are future focused, meaning, we help you take concrete next steps to help you clarify your objectives, what you want out of life and how your current career or change in career supports your lifestyle.

Universities career coach program
We partner with a certain number of universities each financial year to serve as a student resource to help students discuss and explore aligning what they enjoy and what career concerns they may have during their course of studies leading to graduation.
This programmes helps them with:
Developing a clear career development plan
Gain clarity in what motivates them, their skills and values that enables them to be their best
Discover any underlying issues that can impact on their success and development balancing work life.

High school students career coach program
What do you want to be when you grow up? We have all been faced with this question numerous times throughout our school life. The last years of high school can be really overwhelming for teenagers.
Career coaching helps them gain self- awareness of their talents, interests and values to help them decide their next steps in college and what major subjects to consider. In addition, it enables them with a focused path to trial these experiences with internships.
Many students have difficulty choosing a major and they make a decision based on limited information. Only later in life, they look back and realise it was not the best path for them that was aligned to their passions and interests.
This program helps students with:
Discover a career path and options to help them gain clarity, satisfaction and fulfillment
Support in reviewing college majors, classes and internships to help them develop a strategic plan

'Pay it forward! Non-profits and social enterprises partnerships
Making a difference in the lives of young people is important to us. We partner with non-profits and social enterprises focused on giving a ‘leg up’ to disadvantaged youth and building future leaders around the world.
Our private clients and partners can opt-in to pay for a session(s) and we match the time to build a program over the course of the financial year to these organisations.
